This Privacy Policy explains how Luminary Enterprise FZE ("Rivendo", "we", "us") — SRTI Park, Block B, Office B23-052, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates — collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Rivendo (the "Service"). 2. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; run AI identification, valuation and listing generation on the photos and details you submit; maintain aggregated, de-identified sold-price data that powers our pricing (this dataset does not identify you); manage your subscription and entitlements; communicate service and account messages; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with law.

3. AI processing

Photographs and item details you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, PBC) to generate the identification, valuation and draft listing. This processing is carried out to provide the feature you requested. We do not use your images to train third-party models, and we ask our providers not to train on data submitted through the Service.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Rivendo, under appropriate contracts: our hosting provider (Railway) and CDN/DNS provider (Cloudflare); our AI provider (Anthropic); and our payments Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which independently processes your payment and billing data under its own Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Rivendo operates from the UAE and uses providers located in the EU, UK and USA, so your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention needs. You can delete your uploaded items at any time. Aggregated, de-identified price data may be retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rivendo.app. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Cookies

The Service uses only essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies in the app.

10. Children
